Mike Baker

Mike Baker is an experienced operational leader with a diverse background in operational excellence and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Site Manager at Pharmavite since April 2020, Mike specializes in organizing and facilitating Value Stream Mapping Events and leading Kaizen events. Prior to this role, Mike was the Senior Operations Manager at True North Logistics, overseeing a 420,000 SF refrigerated warehouse and managing various compliance plans. Experience also includes serving as the Senior Commodity Services Manager at Agility Defense and Government Services, and the Lean Manufacturing Manager at Emerson Climate Technologies, where Mike implemented numerous Lean initiatives. Early career positions include roles at Emerson and Delphi Saginaw Steering Division, as well as project management and estimating at Smith Building Company. Mike holds a BS in Building Science from Auburn University.
