Tom Miller

Tom Miller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and operational leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at CorneaGen since 2000, Tom has held progressive roles across multiple functions, overseeing more than 50 employees and representing the organization at national and international levels. As a Board Advisor for AmericanPharma Technologies since 2015, Tom contributes to high-level decision-making and strategic direction for the company. Tom previously held the position of Director of Regulatory Affairs and Contracts at Vision Share, where regulatory compliance and vendor negotiations were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include supervising specimen processing at Stevens Hospital and serving as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Navy. Tom holds a Master of Science in Biomedical and Regulatory Affairs from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College.
