Nathan Allen

Nathan Allen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nathan is currently serving as the Vice President and General Manager at Pharmaworks since 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at GEA Group, including Vice President of Sales Food and Health Care Technologies and Director of Sales Food and Dairy. At GEA Group, Nathan focused on custom process solutions, leading the Food and Dairy Sales division. Before that, they worked at Wyoming Machine Inc. as a Technical Sales Account Manager, specializing in laser cutting services. Nathan also served as an Equipment Sales Manager at Powder-Solutions Group/Nu-Con Equipment where they improved market visibility and strengthened the supply chain. Nathan gained experience in customer service and inside sales as the Customer Service-Inside Sales Supervisor at Pioneer Metal Finishing. Additionally, they worked as the Opening Manager at Tropical Flavors Inc., contributing to the development and management of a new concept restaurant. Nathan's early career included various roles at Famous Dave's of America.

Nathan Allen's education history consists of a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing and Advertising from Drake University. Prior to attending university, they obtained a High School Diploma from Woodbury High School, where they studied various subjects.

In addition to their formal education, Nathan has also achieved several certifications. In November 2014, they completed Scotwork Negotiation Training. In the same year, they obtained The Enneagram Profile certification from Syntax A/S and Leadership Pipeline and Leading Others certification from SirrahGroup in August 2014.
