Michael Azzolin

Chief Executive Officer at PharmD on Demand

Michael Azzolin has extensive work experience in the pharmacy field. Michael began their career as Pharmacy Director at BJC Medical Center in 2004, where they worked until 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they served as the Director of Pharmacy at Landmark Hospital. Michael then joined Morgan Memorial Hospital as Director of Pharmacy Services from 2009 to 2015. In 2006, Azzolin became the COO of PharmD on Demand and later transitioned to the role of Chief Executive Officer in January 2020. Additionally, they have taken on a role with the Georgia Department of Community Health as a member of the Georgia Board of Pharmacy since January 2020.

Michael Azzolin pursued their education with a strong focus on pharmacy and business. Michael began their journey in 1995 at Middle Georgia State University, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Pre-Pharmacy Studies. Building on this foundation, they attended The University of Georgia from 1998 to 2002, where they successfully obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Seeking to broaden their knowledge and skill set, Michael then enrolled at Piedmont University from 2003 to 2005, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership. Through these academic endeavors, Michael honed their expertise in both the pharmaceutical field and business management.
