Mannat possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior General Manager and HR Head for Tech and Sales at PharmEasy, overseeing HR functions for over 1400 employees across strategic workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Mannat was the General Manager and HRBP for Tech and Learning & Development at PharmEasy, and held various positions at airtel, including National HR Business Partner for Sales & Distribution, focusing on channel sales and progressive people practices for a team of 3200 employees. Earlier career stages included an HR Leadership Associate role at Aditya Birla Group, where Mannat contributed to global talent management processes, and a summer internship at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd, developing a manpower productivity dashboard. Mannat holds an M.B.A. in HR from Management Development Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Delhi University.
