Peteris Prusis

Peteris Prusis is a highly experienced professional in the field of pharmaceutical science, currently serving as a Data Programmer at Pharmetheus since January 2019 and as a Senior Research Scientist at Orion Pharma since November 2009. Prusis has held a Post-Doctoral position at AstraZeneca, where the focus was on modeling site of metabolism and drug clearance from October 2006 to June 2009. Prior to that, Prusis served as an Assistant Professor at Uppsala University, contributing to the development of proteochemometrics from June 2001 to October 2006. The early career includes a position as a Lab Assistant at the Latvian Institute of Organic Synthesis from 1986 to 1993. Peteris Prusis holds a PhD in Computational Chemistry from Uppsala University and a Master of Science in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Latvijas Universitate.
