PharmHive - Young Research Pharmacists Society, functions as an independent pharmaceutical student community, not a traditional company, with operations firmly rooted in clear ethical and organizational principles. 

Our policy structure emphasizes the universality of science, academic freedom, ethical guidelines, and impartiality, ensuring every activity supports our core mission: fostering academic growth and strengthening international communication. 

The community's work is managed through specialized bodies, including the Directive, Legislative, Operations, and Scientific Committees, alongside supportive groups like the External Relations Committee. Most importantly, PharmHive mandates the unconditional equality of all its members, strictly prohibiting discrimination based on religion, language, gender, sexual orientation, race, or nationality, thus guaranteeing a truly inclusive and fair environment for every aspiring pharmacist.
