We are a specialized recruitment agency for pharmaceutical and life science companies. Established in 2003, we possess an unrivaled network of contacts and unique market knowledge across both the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

We provide our clients with tailored recruitment solutions:
➡ Executive Search – targeted and discreet sourcing of top managers and specialists who are not actively looking for a job.
➡ Recruitment – efficient and thorough hiring for mid-level and expert positions.
➡ Temporary Staffing – flexible staffing solutions with reduced administrative hassle for your workforce management.

Our company was founded by MUDr. Zdeněk Jankových, MBA. Originally a doctor and surgeon, he later worked for 9 long years in pharmaceutical companies, mostly abroad. Later, he supplemented his economic education by studying at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. Now his mission is to facilitate recruitment processes and bring the right experts to the most demanding positions.

We know your environment and understand its specifics.
We know that it is not enough to just find a person with a good profile on paper. The key is that he fits into your corporate culture, understands your work and wants to grow professionally with you. Our consultants have hundreds of personal meetings with people and dozens of stories of companies that they helped discover leaders and talents who moved their business forward.

With offices in Prague, Brno and Bratislava, we are close to the industry's key hubs. We are also a proud member of the global INRALS network, enabling us to support your recruitment efforts anywhere abroad.
