Kristen LaDuke PharmD

Kristen LaDuke, PharmD, is a clinical pharmacist with an extensive background in pharmacy. They completed their Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2014, where they also gained experience as a pharmacy intern at Walgreens. Kristen has held various positions including senior pharmacy technician and pharmacist, and more recently worked as an infusion pharmacist and lead narcotics pharmacist at PharmScript LLC from 2022 to 2023. Prior to their pharmacy education, they earned a BA in Biology from Appalachian State University in 2005.
