Michael Gerdes

Michael Gerdes joined PharmScript in 2011 and currently serves as the Director of Clinical Systems. He brings more than 16 years of experience in the long-term care industry. As the Director of Clinical Systems, his responsibilities include overseeing integrations with electronic health record systems, off-site inventory, and automated dispensing cabinets, therapeutic interchange programs, and formulary management. Michael is also a FrameworkLTC subject matter expert.

Prior to joining PharmScript, Michael worked at ChemRx as a pharmacy supervisor and a narcotics supervisor at NeighborCare.

Michael earned his bachelor of science in pharmacy at the University of Rhode Island. He is a PointClickCare certified superuser and a member of the Softwriters Advisory Board.
