Chris Hunter

Chris Hunter has extensive experience in the financial industry, working in various roles at different companies. Chris is currently the Chief Risk Officer at Pharo Management, a position they have held since January 2021. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Hunter Financial Consulting from September to December 2020. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at Bluecrest Capital, initially as a Portfolio Manager and later as the Chief Risk Officer. Prior to that, they worked as a Quantitative Analyst at BNP-Paribas from 2001 to 2013. Additionally, from 2007 to 2011, they served as the Head of CEEMEA Interest Rate Options Trading at BNP Paribas.

Chris Hunter earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the University of Cambridge, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
