Tom Steer

Tom Steer is a seasoned Technical Product Manager with extensive experience in the lighting and technology sectors. Currently at Pharos Architectural Controls Ltd since November 2022, Tom previously held the same title at Electronic Theatre Controls from December 2011 to November 2022, where earlier work included a role as a Field Service Engineer. Tom's career began at ADC Theatre at the University of Cambridge as a Technical Manager, focusing on training and production support. Additional experience includes positions as an Electrical Technician at Braehler ICS Konferenztechnik AG and as a Field Service Engineer across Europe and the Middle East. Tom holds a Master of Arts in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
