Jeff Geller

Jeff Geller has a strong background in technical support and customer service. Jeff began their career at Unisys in 2004 as a Technical Support Analyst, providing assistance to customers with their technology-related issues. In 2007, they joined Pharos Systems International as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and Team Lead. Jeff played a key role in supporting the launch of Pharos' cloud-based Beacon print management system platform in 2021. Jeff is known for their expertise in the technical complexities of print management and has been recognized for their contributions, receiving the Customer Success Award of the Year in 2019. Jeff is also skilled in training and development, having implemented a Lunch and Learn program to enhance employees' technical skills and foster problem-solving discussions. Jeff continues to work at Pharos Systems International, leveraging their knowledge to improve security and enhance the customer experience worldwide.

Jeff Geller has a diverse education history. Jeff attended SUNY Fredonia where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Music. During their time at SUNY Fredonia, Jeff was also involved as a Founding Father of the Delta Chi Fraternity.

In addition to their undergraduate studies, Jeff completed a dual academic program in Theatre Design and Technology as well as Trumpet at the School of the Arts. This program was affiliated with Monroe High School, where they graduated.

Jeff has also obtained several certifications to enhance their education and skills. Jeff is currently in progress of obtaining the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Jeff has also earned certifications from CompTIA, including CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+. Additionally, Jeff holds certifications from Microsoft, including MCDST and MCP.
