Jim Lancer

Jim Lancer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jim started their career at Keuka College as a System Administrator from August 1998 to September 2000. Jim then joined PAETEC as an Implementation Manager from October 2000 to June 2004, followed by a role as a Senior Product Consultant from June 2004 to March 2005. Jim then moved on to become the Manager of Professional Services at PAETEC from May 2005 to January 2008, and later served as the Manager of Software Engineering from January 2008 to February 2011.

After their time at PAETEC, Jim joined Windstream Communications as a Product Manager from February 2011 to September 2012. Jim then transitioned to Pharos Systems International, starting as a Solution Architect from September 2012 to June 2014. Jim then took on the role of Manager of Solution Architects from July 2014 to October 2017. Jim further progressed within Pharos Systems International as the Director of Cloud Portfolio from October 2017 to April 2021. Currently, Jim holds the position of Director of Professional Services at Pharos Systems International, starting from April 2021.

Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated expertise in technical consulting, project management, and team leadership. Their responsibilities have ranged from providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, delivering training, and ensuring successful project implementation.

Jim Lancer obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry with Magna cum laude honors from Keuka College. Jim completed their undergraduate education between 1996 and 2000.
