Royal Spragg

Royal Spragg has a wide range of work experience in various leadership roles. They began their career as the Director of Merchandising at Mobilworks Inc. from June 1991 to November 1996. They then worked as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Versatile Technologies Inc. from November 1996 to October 1998. At HP, they held multiple positions, including Retail Business Development Manager from October 1998 to October 2002, Software & Cloud Services Lead from November 2002 to June 2006, and Commercial Channel Lead from June 2006 to July 2012. Their most recent role at HP was Distribution Sales Manager, where they managed a $3B+ business and a team of account managers from October 1998 to June 2019. After leaving HP, they became the Vice President of Emerging Technologies at Westwind from July 2019 to March 2022. They then joined The ICN Group as the EVP of Global Distribution from February 2022 to August 2022. Currently, they are the Director of Channel Sales at Pharos, starting in August 2022.

Royal Spragg attended the University of Iowa from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Management Information Systems. Royal also studied at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, although the specific years and degree obtained are unknown. Their field of study at Northwestern was Marketing.
