The mission of Phase 02 is to support consultancy and project management offices located in the Middle East with outsourcing projects specifically in phase 2 which is design development services. 
Phase 02 depends on Pre-planning and systematic project management skills delivered from its experienced team who had combined their experiences from design, scheduling, procurement and execution of various project along the years.
