Matthew Rayner

Matthew Rayner is a Software Engineer with extensive experience in mobile development and software solutions. Currently at Phase 2 since December 2022, Matthew focuses on Android development, emphasizing Jetpack Compose adoption and build optimization. Previously, as a Remote Android Engineer at Signos, Matthew was instrumental in transitioning the app to a closed alpha state and supporting its public launch. Matthew's earlier roles include significant contributions to mobile development at Phase 2, where expertise in both Android and iOS platforms was applied, as well as a strong foundation in full-stack development. Previous positions include Programmer Analyst roles at Hertz and TEKsystems, and an internship at the Oklahoma Health Care Authority. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Oklahoma.
