William Ely

William Ely is an experienced Agile Project Manager currently serving at Phase 2 since July 2022. Prior to this role, William held the position of Scrum Master at Tetra Tech from August 2019 to July 2022, where leadership of multiple development teams was crucial in a five-year federal project aimed at modernizing medical software for the Federal Aviation Administration.
