Phase3 Telecom Foundation (P3TF) is a non-governmental organization. 

Motivated by its mother company Phase 3 Telecom (Technologies) foremost Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objective - to enhance the lives of people in environments and improve the communities where it operates. –

The Phase 3 Foundation was established to expand the visibility, reach and impact of CSR efforts in a more structured and result-based way with the inclusivity of all stakeholders' contributions in every project, initiative, advocacy, campaign or program undertaken across each community of engagement. 

With the principal focus of "championing digital access for all"
