Lisa Krol

Lisa Krol has a diverse work experience. Lisa began their career in 2005 as a Life Guard and Swim Instructor at Victor J Andrew High School, where they taught swim lessons to children and adults and maintained the pool deck. In 2007, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist and Dental Assistant at Dr. Dieska and Dr. Darling's Office, where they pulled charts, filed, made/cancelled appointments, answered patient questions, and trained in chair side dental assistant work. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Heartland Blood Centers as a Phlebotomist and Haemonetics Operator, where they drew pints of blood from donors, went through health histories with donors, and performed mini physicals and iron checks. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have been employed at Phase Change Software LLC as a Quality Assurance Engineer, Operations Analyst, and Office Coordinator.

Lisa Krol attended Carthage College from 2008 to 2009, studying Athletic Training/Trainer. Lisa obtained a Certified Tester, Foundation Level certification from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page in June 2021.
