Rick Combes

Rick Combes has over 35 years of work experience in various managerial roles. Rick currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Phase Change Energy Solutions, Inc. Since joining Ennis Paint, Inc. in 2014, they held the positions of Plant Manager and Project Manager, responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations. Before that, they served as the Plant Manager at EPS Performance Materials from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they worked as the Plant Manager at Sun Chemical, where they managed a large manufacturing facility and was responsible for production, quality control, warehouse, and shipping. Rick also worked as the Plant Operations Manager at Rust-Oleum, where they managed milling and filling operations. Rick began their career at Kraft Foods, where they held the roles of Manager and Commercialization Manager, overseeing teams and managing capital projects. Overall, Rick's work experience encompasses a diverse range of industries and responsibilities, demonstrating their strong managerial skills and expertise.

Rick Combes attended the University of Michigan from 1977 to 1981, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to the University of Chicago from 1983 to 1985. At the University of Chicago, they obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Finance and Economics.
