Todd Meade has over 30 years of work experience. Todd began their career in 1982 as a Quality Supervisor and Nuclear Power Operator in the US Navy. In 1993, they became Quality Manager at Armor Holdings, Inc. where they wrote and implemented Quality documentation and systems for 3 plants, including ISO certification. In 1998, they joined OSG Tap & Die as a Design/Quality Engineer and Safety Officer, designing hundreds of cutting tools and managing the entire company Quality program, including ISO certification. In 2002, they were Plant Manager at Kennametal, Inc., managing 360 employees on day-to-day production goals including safety, cost cutting and improvement initiatives. Todd was also responsible for annual budgets and capital expenditure requests. In 2009, they joined Vita Nonwovens as Plant Manager/Corporate Quality Manager, responsible for three US facilities and all quality functions. Todd also brought on and developed a new product line, bringing sales up to over $10M. In 2012, they became Director of Quality/Customer Service Manager at KDH Defense Systems, Inc., leading all aspects of quality within the organization and supervising 5 salaried and 45 hourly personnel within the quality department. In 2014, they were Operations Manager at Vita Nonwovens, responsible for all plant operations and supporting all 3 company facilities. Todd was also responsible for all capital projects at all 3 sites. In 2017, they became Plant Manager at Ionbond IHI Group, managing the facility and leading and mentoring teams to meet customer needs and all KPI's associated with the facility. Most recently, in 2020, they became Director of Manufacturing at Phase Change Energy Solutions, Inc.

Todd Meade attended Wayland Academy before completing a Nuclear Science Technology Associate's Degree at Georgia Military College between 1993 and 1996. Todd then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Almeda University, graduating in 2003. Todd also completed the Navy Nuclear Power School.
