Tracy E. Sendrick has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with roles in multiple Fortune 500 companies since 2000. Tracy E. was the HR Director and Strategic Business Partner at Babcock & Wilcox from 2004 to 2012, where they managed five direct reports, 11 support staff and a $6M budget with oversight of five businesses, five major O&M contract sites, 2,000 employees and $300M in annual revenue. From 2012 to 2014, they were the HR Division Head at Smiths PLC (Safran S.A.) formerly Morpho Detection, where they built out the HR function to 6 direct reports and 6 indirect for a highly distributed workforce with 1K global employees. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Head of HR at Ferguson Enterprises, responsible for US distribution for retail & wholesale goods in the commercial and residential construction & remodeling industry. From 2018 to 2022, they were the Vice President, Talent, Leadership, & Organization Effectiveness at Phase Change Solutions, Inc., a global leader in the development and supply of phase change materials. In 2022, they were appointed as the Head of HR at Virginia Transformer Corp, responsible for establishing the corporate human resource function strategic direction and operational management.
