Tracy has conducted various environmental services including Phase I and II ESAs, remediation oversight, NEPA compliance documents, wetlands delineation and mitigation, and drinking water compliance. With previous roles as a CEO, Vice President, and Research Chemist, Tracy brings a diverse skill set to the table. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
