Simon Cöster

Simon Cöster has extensive work experience in image engineering and algorithm development. Simon has been working at Phase One since 2022 as an Image Algorithm Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Axis Communications from 2014 to 2022, where they held various roles including Experienced Imaging Engineer and Product Imaging Engineer. Simon also worked as a Consultant at Academic Work from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, Simon had summer employment as an R&D employee at Axis Communications in 2013. Before pursuing their career in image engineering, Simon gained experience as a Machine Operator at Preem Petroleum AB in 2012 and as a Receptionist at Skaftö Golf AB in 2009-2010. Simon began their work experience as a Newspaper Delivery at Lysekils Nya Tryckeri AB from 2003 to 2009. Overall, Simon has a diverse range of experience in the engineering and technology fields.

Simon Cöster attended Gullmarsgymnasiet from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued the Naturvetenskapsprogrammet. After completing their secondary education, they proceeded to the Lund Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2014. There, they obtained a Master's degree in Engineering Physics (M.Sc.). In addition to their formal education, Simon acquired several certifications in C programming, including C Essential Training, Further Topics in C Programming, and Up and Running with C. Simon obtained these certifications from Lynda.com in January 2016.
