Process Engineer at Phase Technologies

Matthew Grenier has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matthew began their career as an Assistant Driller at Black Hills Bentonite in 2009 and later worked as an Assistant Instructor at Black Hills Workshop, where they provided support to individuals with cognitive disabilities. In 2013, Grenier served as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Scotchman Industries, Inc. Matthew then moved on to Gerdau Long Steel North America, where they worked as a Process Improvement Engineer from 2014 to 2018. Grenier gained further experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Delta Steel Technologies from 2018 to 2019. Matthew then served as an Assistant Plant Manager at Dakota Panel from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, Grenier has been working as a Project Manager at HFW Solutions Inc since December 2021 and is currently employed as a Process Engineer at Phase Technologies since January 2023.

Matthew Grenier's education history includes multiple institutions and degrees. Matthew started their education journey by attending Casper College from 2009 to 2011, where they studied engineering without obtaining a degree. Matthew then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines, completing their studies there from 2011 to 2014. After a gap, they pursued further education at the University of the People from 2017 to 2021, earning an Associate's degree in Computer Science.
