Ryan Neilan

Dr. Ryan E. Neilan is a Partner at Elevate ENT and the Chairman of the Division of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Memorial Hermann the Woodlands Medical Center. They graduated with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and later received a Medical Doctorate with Highest Honors from The University of Texas Medical Branch, where they were also Valedictorian. Dr. Neilan completed their Residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center and holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, along with a graduate certification from MIT. They are a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and are involved in several professional organizations, including the American Rhinologic Society.
