Mujib Bazhwal

Mujib Bazhwal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mujib is currently a Partner at phase2, a company that provides technology startups with access to top talent. Prior to this, they served as the COO and VP of Operations at the same company. Mujib also worked as a Community Member at 2hearts and a Lecturer at HfWU. Mujib has served as a Startup Coach at Zukunft.Gruenden and fintogether, where they supported the development of sustainable startup cultures. Additionally, Mujib was the Co-Founder & COO and Co-Founder & CMO of RoadJet, Europe's first premium long-distance bus provider. Mujib has also held various roles at MAHLE, including Corporate Innovation Manager, Startup and Technology Scout, and Program Manager for the MAHLE Incubator in China. Mujib's experience at MAHLE also includes Sales Controlling and Sales Planning. Mujib conducted market studies and competitor analyses during their time in India. Mujib has also worked as a Scout at Spinnup and founded their own artist management agency, Big Muj Entertainment. Mujib has freelanced as an A&R Manager and Tour Manager for Vibekingz.

Mujib Bazhwal began their education at the Technical Academic High School from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained their A Levels in Business & Technology. Mujib then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management at the University of Nuertingen from 2008 to 2012. Later, they enrolled at California State University, Fullerton from 2009 to 2010, focusing on International Business & Management.
