Andre Hood

Andre Hood has worked in the technology industry since 1996. Andre began their career at ACS Education Services formerly AFSA Data Corp as a Business Analyst. Andre then moved to CTG - Computer Task Group where they worked as a Business System Analyst from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, they joined T. Rowe Price as a Senior Business Systems Analyst. In 2001, they began working at Olympus Group, Inc as a Senior Information Engineer. That same year, they also co-founded Phase2 and served as the SVP of Business Development. In this role, they built and solidified relationships between Phase2's team of strategists, architects, designers and builders and their diverse portfolio of customers.

Andre Hood graduated from University of Maryland Baltimore County with a B.S. in Information Systems Management and Finance. Andre then went on to earn their M.B.A. from Bowie State University in Business Administration.
