Director, Strategic Partnerships at Phase2

Chris Jorgenson has worked in the marketing and customer service fields for over 15 years. In 2002, they began their career as a Production Assistant at Bernan Press, an imprint of Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group. After a promotion to Production Coordinator in June 2013, Chris's leadership role in the production department of Bernan Press continued to grow. In 2005, they joined the Front Office team of the Sofitel Lafayette Square Hotel as a Front Desk Agent. Chris was later promoted to Guest Services Manager, where they oversaw the daily operations of the guest services department. In 2006, Chris joined MICROS Systems Inc as a Customer Support Analyst - Tier 1 and specialized in handling high priority support cases for the Sales & Catering module of OPERA. In 2008, they joined Long Home Products as Digital Marketing Manager and was responsible for leading the company's online marketing and public relations efforts. In 2011, Chris was hired as Marketing & Digital Media Coordinator at Welsh Construction Remodeling, LLC. In September 2012, they were promoted to VP, Marketing and became a member of Welsh's Executive Management Team. In 2013, they joined Ainsley & Co as Project Manager and was responsible for client communication from kickoff to project completion. In 2014, they joined F.M. Harvey Construction as Director of Marketing and managed all aspects of the company's marketing communications. In 2015, Chris was hired as Director of Marketing at Unleashed Technologies and was a member of its Executive Leadership Team. In 2019, they joined Phase2 as Vice President, Marketing and Director of Marketing and was responsible for overseeing all facets of the agency's owned and earned media. In 2021, Chris became an Advisory Council Member for the Digital Marketing Certificate Program at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.

Chris Jorgenson obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Maryland between 1998 and 2001. Chris then went on to obtain a HubSpot Email Marketing Certification, a HubSpot Inbound Certification, and a HubSpot Social Media Certification from HubSpot in December 2019.
