Project Manager at Phase2

Douglas Johnson has worked in the field of project management for over 11 years. In 2021, they began working as a Project Manager for Phase2. Prior to this, they worked for Wunderman Thompson from 2010 to 2021, where they held the role of Associate Director Project Management. In this role, they managed internal resources, schedules and budgets to accomplish client’s marketing objectives through projects involving print, digital, broadcast, strategy and analytics. Douglas also managed resource allocations for multiple accounts and forecasted revenue. From 2010 to 2009, they worked for Wunderman DC in the roles of Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Associate Project Manager. In 2009, they worked as an Admissions Assistant for Don Bosco Cristo Rey High School, where they created the school’s first statistical report analyzing trends and demographics to assist in new marketing strategies. Douglas also developed and maintained a database of all student inquiries and applicants, and lead informational presentations at middle schools and community organizations in the Washington D.C. area.

Douglas Johnson attended Miami University from 2003 to 2007, earning a degree in Marketing.
