Lori Barshinger, PMP

Lori Barshinger, PMP has over 7 years of experience in project management. Lori started their career in 2012 as Lead Project Manager at Unleashed Technologies, where they designed and established a Project Management standards of practice within the organization and lead the team of PMs through training and guidance on challenging scenarios. Lori managed interdisciplinary development life cycle on the most complex projects within the portfolio, including Drupal development, PMP training, and Artistic training in verticals ranging from Non-profits, to E-commerce, to Pharmaceutical space. In 2019, they joined Phase2 as Director, Solution Consulting and Senior Project Manager, Engagement Leader, specializing in Healthcare Systems, Government Entities, Accessibility, and Brand Identity work.

Lori Barshinger, PMP has a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of Maryland, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Lori also attended Anne Arundel Community College from 2011 to 2012 for Website Design & Programming Technologies. In addition, they hold certifications in Agile Project Manager and Project Management from Google, Acquia Certified Site Builder from Acquia, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
