Rose Agger

Product Manager at Phase2

Rose Agger has over a decade of professional experience in product and project management, technical instruction, research, and internships. Rose began their career in 2006 as an Explainer at the National Air and Space Museum (NASM) at the Smithsonian Institution. In 2008, they became a student staff member at Wesleyan University as a Film Hall Manager, and also worked as a Research Assistant at the Center for Translational Cognitive Neuroscience. Rose also interned at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in 2005. In 2010, they earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a PhD student at the Molnar Group, designing analog and digital circuit systems to record neural signals. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Project Manager and Product Manager at WorldAPP, managing delivery of multiple SaaS implementations for clients, and performing discovery, stakeholder management, and User Acceptance Testing. Since 2019, they have been a Product Manager at Phase2, creating a system for Fannie Mae to enable monthly publication of policies to all loan sellers and servicers. The team won the 2021 Acquia Engage Award.

Rose Agger began their educational journey at Wesleyan University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience & Behavior and Film Studies from 2006 to 2010. Rose then attended the University of Maryland, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from 2010 to 2013. Finally, Rose Agger completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Cornell University from 2013 to 2017.
