Ieva C. is a quantum algorithms scientist at Phasecraft, where they develop software for near-term quantum computing applications. Previously, Ieva served as a STEM ambassador and completed internships at various organizations, including the Centre for Quantum Technologies and Riverlane, focusing on quantum computing and molecular calculations. Ieva holds a PhD in Quantum Optics and Quantum Many-body Systems from the University of Strathclyde and a Master's degree in Computational Physics from the University of Edinburgh. As a contributor to Physics World, Ieva communicates the latest advancements in quantum science to a wider audience.
