Mark Risebrough

Mark Risebrough is corporate counsel for Canacre and Phasor, professional service providers for members of Quanta Services, Inc. They have extensive experience as a project development lawyer qualified in Arizona, Alberta, and Ontario, specializing in transactional construction work. Mark advises on projects from setup and contract negotiation to contract administration, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution. Previously, they worked as an analyst for the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers and held various positions at McCarthy Tétrault, including articling associate and summer associate. Mark earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with distinction from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with distinction from St. Francis Xavier University.
