Myles Whitaker

Myles Whitaker is an experienced telecommunications design manager currently working at Phasor Engineering Inc since August 2022. Previously, Myles held the position of design manager at Valard Telecom from July 2018 to March 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing departmental production and utilizing construction experience to design telecommunication networks, particularly Fiber to the Home (FTTH). Myles has also served as field design manager at Quanta Telecom Canada, where field assessments informed the design of fiber-optic networks for major clients such as AXIA Fiber Net, NW Tel, and Telus. Early career roles included field supervisor and civil construction foreman at Cross Cut Directional Drilling, as well as equipment operator and HDD locator at GasFrac and Big Bore Directional Drilling. Myles pursued education at Mount Royal University and Rocky Mountain College.
