After over 25 years, innovating, developing, delivering performance in the end to end Supply Chain mostly, in e-commerce, I have decided to create my own consulting business to help more companies to transform towards excellence in Supply Chain.

I had the chance to learn from a company where Logistic and Supply chain were at the heart of the business and a cornerstone of the business model. It now feels natural to me, however I realize that this is not the case everywhere, yet. I do believe that I can help in bringing this culture, mindset, way of thinking to other organizations, to make a real difference in the way they serve and delight customers.

I was one of the architects of the European construction of the world fastest growing company's Supply Chain. I managed Fulfillment, Inventory strategy, Transportation, Network design and Customer enhancement. I shaped the organization and hired hundreds of talented individuals in operations management, project management, data analytic and people management to build the supply chain that delights customers everyday now.
