Amanda Bernal possesses a diverse background in education and health services, having served as External Affairs Commission Chairperson for ASUCD and as a Tour Guide for Undergraduate Admissions at UC Davis. Amanda represented undergraduate students on the Steering Committee for Global Education for All and took on roles as a Health Educator and Supervisor for Population Health at Partnership HealthPlan of California. In 2019, Amanda worked as a Mental Well-Being Student Coordinator at UC Davis Student Health and Wellness Center.
