Brandy Isola, MPH, CHC, CHPC, CPHQ, is an experienced health professional currently serving as an Improvement Advisor at Partnership HealthPlan of California since June 2023. Previously, Brandy held pivotal roles at Hill Country Health and Wellness Center, including Chief Quality and Compliance Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, from July 2020 to June 2023. Prior experience spans nearly two decades at Shasta County Health and Human Services Agency, where Brandy advanced from Epidemiologist to HHSA Branch Director of the Public Health Branch, managing a team focused on disease monitoring and health behaviors. Brandy's educational background includes a Master’s in Public Health from San Diego State University and multiple certificates in accounting and health care compliance from recognized institutions.
