Shankar Reddy

Shankar Reddy has extensive experience in the field of enterprise applications, serving as the Senior Director at Partnership HealthPlan of California since 2002, where responsibilities include developing enterprise applications strategies and overseeing digital transformation initiatives. Previously, Shankar held various leadership roles, including Director of Software Engineering and Manager of Applications Development, focusing on application development, IT service delivery, and project management. Significant achievements include leading the architecture and development of 60 applications, as well as implementing a centralized infrastructure library. Prior experiences include roles at Onyx Software, Deloitte and Touche, and LendingTree as a Senior Software Engineer. Shankar holds an MBA from Sonoma State University and advanced degrees in Electronics and Communications from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
