Ashley Young has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They began their career as a Technology Assistant at UNC Wilmington in 2010. In 2011, they joined Accenture as an Associate Software Engineer and worked there until 2013. Ashley then moved to Alcatel-Lucent, where they worked as a Software Development Engineer from 2013 to 2014.

From 2014 to 2018, Ashley worked at Creative Artists Agency as a Full Stack Software Engineer. In this role, they built APIs in Node.js and web interfaces in Angular.js, and wrote and tested backend and frontend code for approximately 20 applications used by talent agents and other professionals.

In 2018, Ashley joined Digits as a Software Engineer and stayed there until 2023, contributing to various software development projects. In 2023, Ashley joined The Public Health Company as a Senior Full Stack Engineer.

Throughout their career, Ashley has gained expertise in full-stack software development, with a focus on building applications, writing and testing code, and utilizing technologies such as Node.js and Angular.js.

Ashley Young began their education at North Carolina State University in 2006, where they studied Bioengineering and Computer Science until 2009. They then transferred to the University of North Carolina Wilmington and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from 2009 to 2011.
