Eric H.

Eric H. currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at PHC Global since July 2025. Previously, Eric held the position of Enterprise Lead at Palantir Technologies from November 2018 to July 2025, specializing in Public Health, Defense and National Security, and Applied AI/ML. Before joining Palantir, Eric worked for the United States Department of Defense from July 2003 to October 2018, taking on various roles including Senior Intelligence Officer, Deputy Defense Intelligence Officer, Liaison Officer, and Senior Counterterrorism Analyst & Middle East Analyst. Additionally, Eric was an Editorial Board Member for Studies in Intelligence at the Central Intelligence Agency from November 2007 to October 2010. Eric's educational background includes a Master of Science in National Security and Resource Strategy (Distinguished Graduate) from the National Defense University, a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
