Daniela Gerwer

Daniela Gerwer is a seasoned professional in human management with extensive experience in recruitment and people management. Currently serving as a Senior People Manager at phData since March 2022, Daniela is involved in driving business value through data professional services, focusing on data engineering, machine learning, and AI applications. Daniela transitioned to this role following an IT Recruiter position at phData, where responsibilities included sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles. Additionally, Daniela holds the position of Senior People Manager for LATAM since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles at TMF Group as a Human Management Assistant and at Mode Marketing as an Administrative Assistant & People Management.
