Hiresh Roy

Hiresh Roy is a results-driven engineering leader with extensive experience in data engineering and team management. As the Senior Director of Data Engineering at phData since August 2019, Hiresh Roy has successfully led the expansion of a dynamic team from under five members to over 50 skilled professionals. Responsibilities include overseeing offshore delivery and serving as a principal solution architect for cloud data warehouse solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Program Director at Relevance Lab, where Hiresh Roy managed the Big Data Engineering and DataOps teams, and Development Manager at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions. Earlier career roles included positions at Capgemini and Oracle Financial Services, where Hiresh Roy focused on application development for financial institutions. Hiresh Roy holds an M Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
