In their previous role as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Ezetap by Razorpay, Karthik managed a team of recruiters and excelled in analytics and technology hiring. Prior to that, Karthik led recruitment efforts at BYJU'S, optimizing staffing policies and leveraging data analytics to enhance recruitment processes. Karthik holds a PGDM in Business Analytics - HR from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Annamalai University.
