Lisa Verde

Lisa Verde is the VP of Talent Acquisition at phData. Lisa has over 25 years of experience in staffing and recruiting, sales, and sales operations. Lisa began their career in 1992 as a Sales Associate with CITRIX Systems. Lisa then moved to MATRIX Resources in 1993, where they served as Director of Sales Operations for 15 years. In 2008, Lisa became a Partner at HireIT Solutions, an IT staffing firm. Lisa then served as Vice President of Talent Delivery at Agile Resources from 2011 to 2011. Lisa has been with BIAS Corporation since 2014, where they are currently the Director of Talent Acquisition & Recruiting.

Lisa Verde has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sales Management and Communications from Florida State University. Lisa also has a diploma from C. Leon King High School.

They are on a team with Owen Korcuska - Director, Accounting, Chris Solomon - VP, Sales, and Sarah Schoolcraft - Director, People Operations. Lisa Verde reports to Mike Cleveland, President and Chief Operating Officer.
