Tracey Schroeder

Tracey Schroeder is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the technical recruitment sector. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Recruiter for the Data Engineering Practice at phData, Inc. since December 2020, Tracey focuses on creating robust data platforms and machine learning systems in cloud environments. Previously, from January 2014 to December 2019, Tracey held the position of Senior Technical Recruiter at Datum Software Inc., supporting Delta Air Lines. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Summit Connections, Inc. from January 2009 to December 2014, where support was provided to multiple Fortune 100 clients, and at MDI Group from January 2006 to December 2009, focusing on Fortune 500 clients and small to medium-sized businesses. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Auburn University.
