Lance Hayes

Lance Hayes is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background in media strategy and planning. Currently serving as Executive Director of Planning at PHD since February 2025, Lance previously held the position of Director of Media Strategy at Wolverine Worldwide from May 2022 to February 2025. Lance's early career featured a role as Social Media Strategist at Cronin and Company, where the focus was on developing a robust social media strategy. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Endicott College.
