Lisa Fleischer

Lisa Fleischer is an experienced marketing and strategy professional with a strong background in integrated media planning and client management. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy at PHD since February 2017, Lisa has successfully led multiple high-profile client projects including Melissa and Doug and Spin Master. Previous roles at PHD include Associate Director of Project Management and Strategy Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed developing large-scale media plans, managing client relationships, and optimizing campaign performance. Prior experience includes supporting marketing initiatives for a stock trader and real estate investor, along with administrative and marketing roles at CK Water Systems, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from San Francisco State University.
