Michelle Higgins

Michelle Higgins is an experienced professional in the field of accountability, currently serving as Executive Director of Accountability at PHD since June 2020, where previous roles included Senior Director and Director of Accountability. Prior to returning to PHD in November 2012, Michelle worked at OMD USA from May 2015 to June 2020, holding positions such as Associate Director and Accountability Manager. Michelle began the career at PHD as AOR Supervisor and Strategist after graduating from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University with a BSBA in Marketing, International Management, and Art History in 2010.
